Tom Short’s work was featured in the anthology I-94: A Collection of Southwest Michigan Writers. He went to England, played the piano and married an actress named Kim. After an accident left him with only one eye, he hopped on a freighter, skidded the ocean and left England without a sound. Now he lives on an island, fishes and drinks his green label each day.
