Margaret Northam is a published writer with 32 years experience in information technology from IBM. She has written and led several multi-million dollar technical proposal efforts. She has also prepared executive presentations and written many whitepapers. Her work has been used for presentations to OMB and the US Congress to obtain funding. Margaret retired from IBM in October 2000. She has a Master of Arts in Writing from Johns Hopkins University. Her work has been published in Chesapeake Life Magazine, Mass Ave Review, Washington Woman, and elsewhere.
