Kathryn Hughes is an MFA in Writing candidate at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work has appeared in a number of journals including Cimmaron Rewiew, Creative Nonfiction, and StoryQuarterly. Her name has appeared in Best American Essays, and, among other awards, she was a Bread Loaf 2001 Scholar.
Her work was included in Midnight Mind Number Four.
