Gerald Hesselgren was born in 1907 and was promoted to heaven in 1995. He spent his entire life living in the New Jersey/New York area, working as an Account Executive in advertising in the city and as a farmer on his land in Bellport, Long Island. Gerard graduated from the Fawcett Art School in 1928 and carried his passion for art and literature into his adult life. It has been said that ne’er a book was written that he didn’t read.
