Eileen Favorite’s work has appeared in Folio, Poetry East, Rhino, and other literary magazines. A earlier version of “Gangway,” called “The Neighborhood’s Changing” aired on WBEZ, Chicago Public Radio, in 2001. Her work was awarded a 2001 Illinois Arts Council Artist’s Fellowship for prose. She teaches English at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Her work was included in Midnight Mind Number Four.
