Cristina Perissinotto was born in Northern Italy. Her poetry has appeared in Rhino, The Lucid Stone, and White Pelikan Review. She has published articles on Renaissance and contemporary literature in La Nuova Venezia, Romance Languages Annual and various anthologies. She lives in Italy and is working on a book on Renaissance travels.
