Bruce Lader taught disadvantaged teenagers in New York City for many years. Recipient of a fellowship from the College of Creative Studies at the University of California in Santa Barbara, he has poems in various journals, including Poetry, Confrontation, Main Street Rag, Malahat Review, Dalhousie Review, Antigonish Review, New Review, and a chapbook, The Buoy (Hub Publications). He is the founder and director of Bridges Tutoring, Inc., a nonprofit based in Raleigh, NC.
His work was featured in Midnight Mind Number Six.
